The best industry is the one that allows workers to work at their own pace to finish a project. The harder workers get the most, and that’s what this industry can do.

My motivation is always to keep myself one step ahead. Many four-year college graduates can’t find jobs because they have no experience, which is why the apprenticeship is important to me.
