As an apprentice, the main benefit I’ve seen was combining the work that was done in the class and applying it to the workplace almost instantly. This experience allowed me to see what was theory and what was actually work and produced a higher quality piece.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU HAVE FOR THOSE SEEKING TO START THEIR CAREERS IN THIS INDUSTRY? |
I would tell them not to be afraid to fail. If you fail, you have a chance to learn from your mistake, and that it will stick with you better than any lesson learned in the classroom.
