His certification as a Navy Master Training Specialist and his role as the Director of Student Success at the Navy schoolhouse in San Diego demonstrate his commitment to education and growth. As the Veteran Success Manager at California Aeronautical University and later as the Training Manager at Turf Distributors Inc., Terrance continues to contribute to the success of others.
